A local home care agency, Senior1Care, is offering a good inventory of personal information.
It is a way to gather a lot of info that will make much easier the job of providing health care for you, as well as making settling your affairs.
Caution: keep it updated! My Mom had a list of all her assets that she updated every year at tax time…until about 4 years before she died. Everything was out of date and we had to search all over creation, with accountants and business friends, and various advisors, to find out what she had and no longer had.
